Use our Customer Portal to search our Knowledge Base and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) database which will provide you with answers to most of your common questions.

Use our Customer Portal to open a Support Ticket. If you are not a registered user in our website, you will need to do so before you can open a support ticket. Please include your name and domain name or IP address with all support requests. Our support representatives monitor our ticketing system 24 hours a day. Expect a response within 24 hours or less in most cases. Response time depends on the number of requests currently in Host Depot's support queue.

  Technical support is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. We will gladly assist you with any technical support questions or issues you may have. Technical support is included at no additional charge for questions or issues directly related to services you subscribe from Host Depot.

Technical support for questions or issues NOT directly related to the services you subscribe from Host Depot, are chargeable and will not be performed without your consent and payment.
